The Energizing Leader
I want to thank those of you who have been following our blog—it’s great to have a chance to interact with others who are interested in training and development, leadership, and management, and I hope you’ll join the conversation! Today, I’ll share Part 2 of my exploration of the eight dimensions that make up our circumplex model of leadership behaviors: Pioneering, Energizing, Affirming, Inclusive, Humble, Deliberate, Resolute, and Commanding.
